What is the job?

We’re looking for talented people to join us

As a Senior Growth Hacker, you’ll play a vital role in the growth team at Innoleaps. You'll lead our clients and help them validate new business models and build ventures from idea to startup, to scale. You’ll follow our unique innovation methodology to Identify consumer problems, validate concept solutions, and find product-market fit for leading corporates around the globe. You’ll set up online and offline experiments, build them and decide on the next steps with the client, based on the data.
Requirements

What do you bring to the table?

- 3-5 years of relevant work experience within the field of Growth Hacking, Digital Marketing or Innovation Consultancy.

- You're an expert in your field. Knowledge of all areas, and platforms related to Growth Hacking so you can build and execute growth experiments for our clients.

- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication, ability to craft attention-grabbing storylines for website and AD purposes, and ability to translate data into meaningful business cases.

- Lean Startup Methodology is nothing new for you, and you embrace that way of working.

- Are keen to work in a B2C and B2B context.

- Are a creative problem solver, and an iterative thinker who embraces a growth mindset.

- Are an all-star in presenting and facilitating sessions for our clients.
