What will you do?

As People & Culture officer you are the first point of contact for all People related topics.

You are responsible for:

  • Leading and organizing all People & Culture phases of the employee journey at Innoleaps, including recruiting, contracting, onboarding, employee engagement, professional development, performance management, data integrity, reporting, staffing, compensation & benefits, wellbeing, offboarding, culture initiatives and admin.
  • Coordinating the bi-weekly Innoleaps meetings, monthly We Empower Innovator meetings, culture days and training programs.
  • Supporting the further professionalization and innovation of our People & Culture processes, thinking creatively while keeping an eye on the most recent changes in Dutch employment law.

In this role you'll report to the Head of People & Culture and work closely with the Innoleaps Leadership Team and of course our great growth hackers, lead coaches, designers and customer services managers.

Who are we looking for?

  • 4-7 years of People experience within a fast-paced, preferably tech scale-up, environment
  • A relevant masters or bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Business Administration
  • Growth mindset: you like to take on challenges, are open to learn and can easily adapt in a dynamic environment. You work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization, high ethical work standard, detail orientation, and ability to prioritize your workload
  • An entrepreneurial, innovative and solution-oriented mindset
  • A great communicator and collaborator, genuine interest and care for people, curious, friendly and not afraid to speak up with the team
  • Experience with the tools Recruitee, Office vibe, NMBRS and/or Simplicate is a plus
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English
