What will you do?

As an Innovation & Growth Marketeer at Innoleaps you will be part of the Growth team, led by our Head of Growth Regy Bergen . This is a unique opportunity to put your growth marketing skills into practice and you will be on the front row in the world of data-driven digital innovations & product launches.

Your mission: to help corporate start-up teams find, test and validate new growth opportunities by setting up data-driven experiments.

  • In innovation projects you are the expert in setting up A / B testing, building, analyzing and optimizing online campaigns. By doing this, you will discover critical growth opportunities for the success of the corporate start-up teams.
  • You work on multiple channels, such as Facebook ads, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Email and Shopify
  • You understand the relationship between the channels and understand data in particular (it is a data-driven process!)
  • You validate new concepts and product propositions by means of experiments, you understand assumption mapping, building customer journeys, and you convert that into a full funnel marketing approach.

Who are we looking for?

You have knowledge of:

  • Creating experiment backlogs and conducting and analyzing experiments in a structured way. Based on these results you can devise, carry out and analyze the new experiments.
  • Tracking and measuring the customer journey / behavior and advising on website optimization
  • You have created online marketing funnels (of interest / engagement / lead / convert)
  • An advantage is that you can apply methodologies, such as Value Proposition Canvas, Business Model Canvas and other lean start-up or design thinking methodologies
  • You have 4+ years of relevant experience in Growth Hacking, Digital Marketing or CRO
