Using market insights and expertise from within our ecosystem, we devise a growth engine and develop new propositions, business models and innovations. We help turn your innovations into existence.

Since 2013 we have co-launched & scaled more than 200 corporate centures.

Your mission: to help corporate start-up teams find, test, and validate new growth opportunities by setting up data-driven experiments.

  • In innovation projects, you are the expert in setting up A / B testing, building, analyzing, and optimizing online campaigns. By doing this, you will discover critical growth opportunities for the success of the corporate start-up teams.
  • You work on multiple channels, such as Facebook ads, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Email, and Shopify
  • You understand the relationship between the channels and understand data in particular (it is a data-driven process!)
  • You validate new concepts and product propositions by means of experiments, you understand assumption mapping, building customer journeys, and you convert that into a full -unnel marketing approach.

what do you bring
to the table?

For this role, we're looking for people who have the knowledge of:

  • Creating experiment backlogs and conducting and analyzing experiments in a structured way. Then, based on these results, you can devise, carry out and analyze the new experiments.
  • Tracking and measuring the customer journey/behaviour and advising on website optimization.
  • You have created online marketing funnels (of interest/engagement/lead/convert)
  • An advantage is that you can apply methodologies, such as Value Proposition Canvas, Business Model Canvas, and other lean start-up or design thinking methodologies.
  • You have 4+ years of relevant experience in Growth Hacking, Digital Marketing, or CRO.
