Within the role of Growth & Innovation Marketer at Innoleaps, you will validate new business models and build ventures from idea to startup, to scale. You’ll follow our unique innovation methodology with the aim of finding product-market-fit for leading corporates around the globe. You’ll set up online and offline experiments, build them and decide the next steps based on the data. At the same time, you show and teach corporate teams how to innovate faster.
You get to be part of multiple corporate startups each year. Our clients are top FMCG players, so you might even spot those future products/your future projects at a (digital) store. You might have seen one of our client's wünderbar successes in-store recently: Wunda.
You'll be a part of our diversely skilled growth team, on top of that you will be the head of growth within several innovation projects. This means you're in charge of the experiment roadmap and spotting growth opportunities, amongst other things. This role is a unique combination of growth marketing and innovation: It's not only about discovering and validating, but we also push hard to scale the corporate ventures.
