As a Designer & Creative within Innoleaps, you’ll partner cross-functionally with our internal delivery team (Lead Venture Builder and Growth Hacker) and the external client team to develop and translate a design brief into functional, usable, and impactful creative assets that can be used for every media channel. You’ll bring your passion for creative ideas to all mediums—with a special focus on delivering high-end designs and thinking creatively for ways to translate the brand identity.

At Innoleaps will get the opportunity to be involved in different creative projects and ideation sessions in which you will help Fortune 500 companies with their new product innovation. During this journey you are going to be responsible for the entire process of defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You are going to be focused also on the visual aspects of websites, branding, UXUI, product packaging, and more. It is important to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

Each project is unique and therefore has its own needs. But the basic responsibilities of this role are:

  • Studying design briefs and determining design requirements
  • Creating Minimum Viable Brands to iterate look and feel during the Discovery, Ideation & Validation phase.
  • Conceptualising and developing essential visual elements and products (Logos, illustrations, mockups, videos, Ads, Landing pages, etc..) based on project design demands, either by hand or software.
  • Developing UX (User Experiences) and UI (User Interfaces) for products or services
  • Testing graphics across various media and channels
  • Cooperating with Copywriters, Growth Hackers and Developers to produce the accurate final design

what do you bring
to the table?

This comes in handy if you want to work as a Designer & Creative at Innoleaps:

  • You are passionate about lean brand design and product innovation
  • You have at least two years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional team builder who creates strong relationships. You have a point of view but also a healthy respect for others' experiences and encourage others to generate and explore new ideas
  • Experience in designing from an iterative perspective
  • You are highly creative with a positive can-do mentality
  • You have the ability to embrace change: can thrive and create your own structure in a fluid work environment
  • Excellent understanding of design principles
  • You have experience in working with: Sketch, Figma, Invision, Zeplin, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • You are fluent in English (and preferably Dutch) and reside in the Netherlands.

What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
